CONFERENCES IN FRANCE

You should know: large conferences – ie with many participants or attendees require a lot of planning and availability in the targeted city. Therefore we recommend to plan a year and a half ahead of time to ensure availability of all logistical aspects.

Our services are mostly aimed at companies and institutions who wish to organise the gathering of a large number of participants. They are mostly global companies wishing to meet all their staff in a single location, global companies who wish to reward their people by organizing a conference abroad, trade associations who wish to bring their members, global or not, in a single destination, national and international institutions.

Your Conferences in France

Organising conferences in France is mostly guided by the number of people attending. We can then recommend a certain number of venues in Paris but also in other cities. Some locations offer the possibility to dive into the French culture, such as Bordeaux for the wine, or the Riviera for the fun, and of course Paris, for so many reasons that it would be difficult to start making a list, but the history, culture, food, wine, shopping, atmosphere are definitely on the list.

Most companies organise themselves the content of the conference. However we can also provide French speakers – who can also speak English – if required. Our speakers range from sports champions to internationally recognized CEOs and business people, artists, economists, and politicians. We can also bring content if required, such as management, but we would then put you in touch with some partners as this is not our core business.
