Some very large meetings may take some time to organise mainly because of lack of availability of venues, especially in Paris. Some venues are booked a very long time in advance, and we strongly recommend you plan your event a year in advance if you require a high capacity venue (more than 2000 people). For groups of 600 to 2000 people, we advise to start planning at least 8 months before the event.
